Your Questions Answered

Who do you work with?

I work with young adults, primarily in the age range of 16–24 years old, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or issues around the many transitions that occur during this stage of life.

Where are you located?

We will work together virtually, so you can schedule a session from anywhere in North Carolina: Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro…the list goes on. No matter where you’re located, I’ll use technology to come to you.

How much does a session cost?

Individual therapy is $120 for a 50-minute session.

Recent research has found that telemental health is every bit as effective as face-to-face therapy. Of course, It’s also much more convenient and time efficient since you will not have to leave your home. Life is busy, and therapy should fit into your schedule instead of being something you have to schedule around! The only thing you will need is a private place to talk.

Because this is a new approach to therapy, I completed specific training on the topic and am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. I use a HIPAA-secure system called Simple Practice. You can access it for our session through your computer or an app on your smartphone or tablet. You will receive a link through an email to join the session.
